a cold day — have been in a bad mood the last two days and can’t get myself moving
feel like going out and buying a couple of books or something but I don’t need that

something about the book as matrix — spatial arrangements of time etc

the alphabet etc — the calendar

can’t seem to get at writing — or art — what I want to do etc

the idea of an integrated art but I’m still fascinated by the object and want to make some visual work — but that could be a part of the book – a catalog etc Phoebe is being a bother with the cold weather — so I’ll sit with her for a few minutes and type some random notes
I still don’t eat right – I still don’t exercise — does it matter
how do I get oriented
